Mouldfix Mould Wash Concentrate is a powerful, concentrated fungicidal cleaner and surface biocide, designed for both amateur and professional use. It effectively eradicates mould fungi, mildew, and algae from internal and external surfaces such as masonry, tiles, wood, and painted finishes. Ideal as a pre-wash treatment before applying anti-mould or anti-condensation coatings, it also serves as a general biocidal cleaner for ongoing maintenance.

Application Instructions:

1. Remove loose material (flaking paint, grease, dirt, mould, wallpaper) and repair any surface defects.
2. Dilute 1 part Mould Wash Concentrate with 19 parts water.
3. Wash down the prepared area using a sponge, scrubbing brush, or cloth.
4. Allow to dry thoroughly. For heavily soiled areas, apply a second wash and allow to dry.
5. Prime bare plaster or wood with anti-mould emulsion or universal anti-stain primer if required.
6. Apply the appropriate anti-mould or anti-condensation coating.
