Mouldfix Scrub Out Mould Growth is a clear, ready-to-use fungicidal sterilising and cleaning solution designed to eradicate and inhibit mould, mildew, algae, and lichens on a wide range of surfaces. Formulated with a potent biocide and high-capacity detergent, Scrubout delivers effective cleaning and long-lasting protection for masonry, glass, tiles, painted finishes, and timber.

Uses:
- Surface Biocide: Eradicates and inhibits mould, mildew, algae, and lichens on internal and external surfaces.
- Pre-treatment: Ideal for preparing surfaces before painting with anti-mould paints or additives.
- Maintenance: Regular use helps delay the return of mould in high-moisture areas such as bathrooms and shower rooms.
Application Instructions:
- Remove thick layers of organic growth with a brush or scraper.
- Apply Scrub Out using a brush, sponge, or spray to saturate the surface.
- Allow to dry thoroughly; apply a second coat if needed.
- For persistent growth, scrub or power wash after treatment.
- Coverage: 10–12 m² per litre (depending on surface porosity and roughness).
Safety & Handling:
- Hazards: Causes severe eye damage and skin irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long-lasting effects.
- Precautions: Wear protective gloves and eye protection. Do not breathe in the spray. Keep out of reach of children and animals until surfaces are dry.
- Environmental: Avoid release to drains, watercourses, and soil. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.

Important Notes:
- Not for use on surfaces where food is prepared, stored, or eaten.
